Chez Lionel — Brossard

The fourth Chez Lionel restaurant has opened its doors in the Solar Uniquartier in Brossard, in a setting where elegance and conviviality come together. Staying true to its identity, Chef Frédéric Dufort revisits classic French brasserie cuisine within a chic and refined environment.

At the heart of this new location, the bar plays a central role in the overall experience, supporting both the pace of service and interaction with guests.

Developed with the support of Angelik, the bar was designed to integrate seamlessly into the aesthetic of the space while meeting the demands of a high-volume service.

The layout was carefully planned to optimize workflow, facilitate movement, and ensure smooth execution, contributing to a consistent and elevated guest experience.

Every component of the bar was custom-developed to align with the restaurant’s operational realities. Workstation organization, equipment integration, and overall ergonomics were all carefully considered to support efficiency, consistency, and long-term durability.

The result is a space that is both high-performing and elegant, perfectly aligned with the distinctive identity of Chez Lionel.

Designed by Cléo Katcho and built by Maxium Construction, the project came to life through close collaboration between all partners, resulting in a cohesive and well-executed space that reflects the quality of the experience offered.
