Chez Miller — Bar sportif

Located on the ground floor of the building next to Moqueur, Chez Miller continues a strong partnership with its owners. For this second project, the objective was clear: design a high-performing, welcoming bar perfectly suited for a high-volume environment.

With its warm and festive atmosphere, the venue quickly established itself as a popular destination, notably being featured in Tastet.ca’s list of the best bars of 2024.

Chez Miller is built around a social, gathering-driven atmosphere where the enjoyment of coming together is at the heart of the concept. Whether it’s to watch a game, celebrate with friends, or experience the intensity of playoff season, the bar needed to support a smooth, fast, and consistent experience.

With this in mind, the layout was designed to facilitate service and optimize every interaction behind the bar.

Developed with the support of Angelik, the bar was designed to maximize speed of execution and fluid movement, especially during peak periods.

The integration of a custom cocktail station optimizes the workspace while ensuring a clear and efficient organization. Every element was strategically positioned to support effective service without compromising ergonomics.

Certain modules were custom-designed to meet the specific needs of the project, taking into account space constraints and the fast pace of operations.

The result is a functional, durable bar perfectly aligned with real service conditions, capable of supporting the energy and volume typical of this type of venue.

The project was carried out in close collaboration with the owners, following a direct, results-driven approach. This synergy made it possible to deliver a cohesive, high-performing space that was quickly operational.
