Le Boréal Univers Gourmand — Rivière-du-Loup

Located within Hôtel Universel in Rivière-du-Loup, Le Boréal Univers Gourmand offers an experience where gastronomy, ambiance, and design come together in a setting that is both elegant and inviting. In this versatile environment, the bar plays a key role in the overall experience, supporting both moments of relaxation and the pace of operations.

Developed with the support of Angelik, the bar was designed to meet the diverse nature of the Boréal concept, from family dining to a more elevated gastronomic experience.

The layout was carefully planned to optimize workflow, streamline service, and ensure smooth execution, regardless of the time of day or type of clientele.

Each component of the bar was custom-developed to align with the establishment’s operational realities. Workstation organization, equipment integration, and overall ergonomics were all carefully considered to ensure efficiency, consistency, and long-term durability.

The result is a structured, high-performing space capable of supporting a demanding service while maintaining a warm and refined guest experience.

The bar integrates seamlessly into the Boréal’s atmosphere, combining modernity with elegance. Designed as a gathering point, it becomes a central space where guests can enjoy the moment, whether over a cocktail or a glass of wine.
