Le Graffiti — Québec
Located on Cartier Street in Québec City, Graffiti stands out for its blend of elegance and creativity. At the heart of the experience, the bar reflects this same vision, offering a space that is both refined and high-performing.
Known in part for its Wine Spectator award-winning wine cellar, the establishment sought to evolve its bar area to better support operations and enhance team comfort.
Initially mandated to replace a bar refrigerator, our team quickly expanded the scope to rethink the entire space. The objective: optimize workflow, improve ergonomics, and maximize service efficiency.
With the support of Angelik, the project evolved into a complete bar redesign, tailored to Graffiti’s operational realities.
The new layout includes a back bar, main counter, cocktail station, technical wall, and ice storage, all custom-designed to deliver greater depth, fluidity, and day-to-day performance.
Each element was carefully considered to improve organization behind the bar, facilitate movement, and support consistent and efficient service.
A key feature of the project is the integration of a remote refrigeration system. This approach reduces heat and noise within the workspace, frees up valuable space behind the bar, and enhances the durability of the equipment.
The result is a more comfortable environment for the team, while also contributing to improved energy efficiency.
By integrating certain existing equipment, our team was able to propose flexible, tailored solutions aligned with Graffiti’s specific needs.
The result is a modern, functional, fully custom bar that reflects the identity of the establishment while delivering tangible improvements to daily operations.
We would like to warmly thank Graffiti for their trust, as well as Atelier du Chef for their valuable collaboration on this project.
