L’Échaudé — Québec

Located in the heart of Québec City’s historic Petit Champlain district, L’Échaudé stands as a benchmark for refined gastronomy. In a setting where tradition and elegance meet, the bar enhances the experience by playing a central role in the guest journey.

Developed with the support of Angelik, the bar was designed to integrate seamlessly into the restaurant’s warm and sophisticated atmosphere, while bringing a contemporary touch.

The objective: create a space that is both high-performing and inviting, capable of supporting service while offering a refined setting to enjoy cocktails and wine.

Every element of the bar was designed to align with operational realities, optimizing workflow, workstation organization, and equipment accessibility.

The result is a structured and efficient space that enables smooth execution while contributing to a cohesive and immersive guest experience.

The bar blends naturally with the character of the venue, balancing modernity with respect for L’Échaudé’s historic identity. It becomes a natural gathering point, whether for an aperitif, a moment of relaxation, or to extend the evening.
