Octo — Montréal

We are proud to present this recent project located in the heart of Promenade Ontario, in Montréal’s Hochelaga-Maisonneuve neighborhood: Octo Restaurant.

Set in a vibrant and bold environment, chefs David Hibon and Pascal Bolduc offer a refined take on Asian street food, where the energy of the space is reflected both on the plate and behind the bar.

At the core of the experience, the bar was developed with the support of Angelik to sustain a dynamic service pace well into the late hours of the night. Designed to combine speed of execution, fluid movement, and operational efficiency, it integrates seamlessly into the venue’s lively and immersive atmosphere.

Between cocktails, sharing, and a high-energy ambiance, Octo delivers a complete experience where the bar becomes a central gathering point for both guests and staff.
