Modavie — Montréal

A true gem of Old Montréal, Modavie entrusted us with the renovation of its bar, the centerpiece of the establishment. This project reflects a careful balance between tradition and innovation, redefining the experience of this iconic French bistro.

Founded in 1997 and part of the Corner Collection, Modavie has long embodied the essence of classic French bistro culture. The 2022 bar renovation, designed by Atelier Zébulon Perron and executed by Sidcan, brought a renewed energy to the space while preserving its timeless character.

At the heart of this transformation, the bar was reimagined with the support of Angelik to enhance both performance and guest experience. The layout was carefully developed to optimize workflow, improve ergonomics, and support a fluid, high-quality service.

Combining stainless steel precision with refined finishes, the bar integrates seamlessly into the venue’s warm and inviting atmosphere, where modern aesthetics meet vintage charm.

More than just a renovation, the project reinforces Modavie’s identity as a destination where gastronomy, ambiance, and live music come together.
