Verre Lime

Located in the heart of Racine Street in Chicoutimi, Verre Lime has quickly established itself as a benchmark in upscale gastronomy in Québec. In an environment where every detail matters, the bar plays a central role in the overall experience, both visually and operationally.

Developed with the support of Angelik, the bar was conceived as a structuring element of the space. The objective was clear: create an environment that is both high-performing, visually refined, and fully aligned with the identity of the venue.

At the core of the concept is a 26-foot technical wall, modular and adaptable, acting as the backbone of the bar. It integrates essential functions such as service routing, equipment organization, and module support, while also contributing to the visual signature of the space.

Each component of the bar was custom-designed to meet the client’s specific requirements. The integration of features such as bottle troughs and liquor displays allows for efficient organization and smooth service execution.

The technical wall centralizes all necessary systems, including plumbing, electrical, and network infrastructure, while offering an adaptable structure that facilitates future modifications without compromising the integrity of the layout.

Thanks to a modular approach, the bar installation was completed with remarkable efficiency. This method not only reduces on-site timelines but also ensures a precise and structured setup.

The linear design of the bar enhances visibility, accessibility, and operational flow, while simplifying maintenance and ensuring long-term durability.

This project represents a distinctive milestone for our team, as it is the only bar designed with Angelik in the Saguenay region. It reflects our ability to deliver custom solutions tailored to demanding environments and high-end concepts.

We would like to warmly thank Verre Lime for their trust, as well as Atelier du Chef for their valuable collaboration on this project.
